Meta / Facebook Integration

The Meta integration gives you live campaign performance, audience management, and pixel event tracking directly inside SellerBoost.

What You Need

  • A Meta Business Manager account (business.facebook.com)
  • An Ad Account with active campaigns
  • A System User with ads_management + ads_read permissions
  • Your Pixel ID from Events Manager

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. 1
    Create a System User in Meta Business Manager
    Go to Business Settings → Users → System Users → Add. Set role to "Admin". This is safer than using a personal account token which expires when you change your password.
  2. 2
    Generate a Long-Lived Access Token
    Assign the System User to your Ad Account with "Analyst" or "Advertiser" role. Then generate a token with scopes: ads_management, ads_read, business_management, pages_read_engagement. System User tokens never expire unless revoked.
  3. 3
    Enter credentials in Integration Hub
    Go to Marketing → Integration Hub → Meta → Connect. Enter: Business Manager ID, Ad Account ID (act_XXXXXXXXXX), Access Token, App ID, App Secret.
  4. 4
    Configure your Pixel ID
    Find your Pixel ID in Meta Events Manager. Enter it in the Pixel ID field. Set attribution window to "7-day click, 1-day view" (recommended for e-commerce).
  5. 5
    Verify the connection
    Click "Test Connection". If successful, your campaign list will load within 30 seconds. Data refreshes every 15 minutes automatically.
After Connecting

Visit Marketing → Meta Ads Manager to see live campaigns, ROAS, CTR, and AI recommendations. The Meta tab on the Marketing Dashboard will also populate with real spend vs revenue data.

Google Ads Integration

Connect Google Ads to compare Search, Shopping, and Display campaign performance against your Meta spend — all in one ROAS view.

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. 1
    Create a Google Ads API Manager Account
    Go to ads.google.com → Tools → API Center. Create a "Manager Account" (MCC) if you don't have one. Accept the Google Ads API Terms of Service.
  2. 2
    Enable the Google Ads API in Google Cloud Console
    Go to console.cloud.google.com → APIs & Services → Enable "Google Ads API". Create OAuth 2.0 credentials (Web Application type). Note your Client ID and Client Secret.
  3. 3
    Authorise SellerBoost via OAuth
    In Integration Hub → Google Ads → Connect. Click "Authorise with Google". This redirects you to Google's consent screen. Grant "See, edit, create, and delete your Google Ads campaigns" permission.
  4. 4
    Select your Ad Account
    After OAuth, select your Google Ads Customer ID (format: XXX-XXX-XXXX). If you have multiple accounts, select all that are relevant.
  5. 5
    Link Conversion Actions
    Map your Google Ads conversion actions to SellerBoost events. Typically: "Purchase" → Google Ads Purchase conversion. This enables ROAS tracking in the Ad Analytics dashboard.
Developer Token Note

Google Ads API requires a Developer Token. Apply for one in your Google Ads account under Tools → API Center. Basic access (up to 15,000 operations/day) is approved instantly. Standard access requires a short application — allow 2-3 business days.

WhatsApp Business API Integration

WhatsApp Business API enables you to send broadcast messages, order notifications, and promotional campaigns with 80-90% read rates — the highest of any channel.

Two Options: Cloud API (Recommended) vs On-Premise

Cloud API Setup (Recommended)

  1. 1
    Create a Meta App in developers.facebook.com
    Go to developers.facebook.com → My Apps → Create App → Business. Select "WhatsApp" as the product to add.
  2. 2
    Register your Business Phone Number
    In the WhatsApp section of your app, add a phone number. Verify it with OTP. Important: the number must NOT already be registered on personal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business App.
  3. 3
    Get your Phone Number ID and API Token
    From the WhatsApp API setup page, copy your Phone Number ID and generate a Permanent Access Token via a System User (same process as Meta Ads).
  4. 4
    Configure Webhook in SellerBoost
    In Integration Hub → WhatsApp → Connect. Enter your Phone Number ID and Access Token. Copy the Webhook URL shown: https://valtorsports.com/nodeapi/api/webhooks/whatsapp. Paste this in your Meta App's webhook configuration with messages and message_status subscriptions.
  5. 5
    Create and submit message templates
    All promotional messages require pre-approved templates. In Meta Business Manager → WhatsApp Manager → Message Templates. Templates are reviewed in under 24 hours. SellerBoost ships with 4 ready-to-use templates.
DLT Registration Required for SMS (India)

For SMS campaigns in India, your brand/company must be registered on the Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) platform as per TRAI regulations. Register at smartping.in or vilpower.in. This is separate from WhatsApp and takes 3-5 business days. Without DLT registration, SMS will be blocked by telecom operators.

Email Integration (Mailchimp / SMTP)

Send email campaigns directly from SellerBoost using Mailchimp's API or any SMTP provider (SendGrid, Amazon SES, Gmail SMTP).

Option A — Mailchimp API (Recommended for Campaigns)

  1. 1
    Get your Mailchimp API Key
    Log in to Mailchimp → Profile → Extras → API Keys → Create a Key. Copy the key (shown only once).
  2. 2
    Find your Audience (List) ID
    In Mailchimp → Audience → Settings → Audience name and defaults. Copy the "Audience ID" from this page.
  3. 3
    Enter in Integration Hub
    Go to Marketing → Integration Hub → Email → Connect. Enter your API Key, Audience ID, and From Email address. Click Test to verify.

Option B — SMTP (Transactional Emails)

# Example: SendGrid SMTP
Host:     smtp.sendgrid.net
Port:     587  (TLS)
Username: apikey
Password: SG.your_sendgrid_api_key
From:     noreply@yourstore.in

# Example: Amazon SES (cheapest at scale)
Host:     email-smtp.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com
Port:     587
Username: AKIAIOSFODNN7EXAMPLE
Password: wJalrXUtnFEMI/K7MDENG/bPxRfiCYEXAMPLEKEY

Amazon Seller Central Integration

Connect Amazon via the Selling Partner API (SP-API) to sync orders, inventory, FBA levels, and Amazon PPC advertising data.

What the Integration Provides

  • Real-time order sync (new, shipped, cancelled, returned)
  • FBA & FBM inventory levels per ASIN
  • Amazon Advertising API — ACOS, ROAS, campaign-level data
  • Payment settlements sync (every 14 days)
  • Return and refund reconciliation

SP-API Setup (Replaces MWS — Sunset Jan 2024)

  1. 1
    Register as a Developer in Seller Central
    Go to Seller Central → Partner Network → Develop Apps → Register. Fill in application name "SellerBoost Integration" and use case "Order Management + Advertising". Amazon approves within 1-3 business days.
  2. 2
    Create a Self-Authorised App
    After approval, go to Seller Central → Apps and Services → Develop Apps → Add new client. Select "Self-authorised" app type. Note your Client ID (LWA App ID) and Client Secret.
  3. 3
    Generate Refresh Token
    Authorise your own app by visiting the Amazon authorization URL with your Client ID. After authorisation, Amazon returns a Refresh Token (starts with Atzr|). Store this securely — it grants ongoing access.
  4. 4
    Enter credentials in Integration Hub
    Go to Marketing → Integration Hub → Amazon → Connect. Enter: Seller ID (from Seller Central → Settings → Account Info), LWA Client ID, LWA Client Secret, Refresh Token. Select Marketplace: Amazon.in (A21TJRUUN4KGV).
  5. 5
    Enable Advertising API (optional)
    For Amazon PPC data, also request access to the Amazon Advertising API. Go to advertising.amazon.in → Tools → API Access → Request Access. This is separate from SP-API and may take 3-5 days to approve.
Token Refresh

SP-API Access Tokens expire every 1 hour. SellerBoost automatically refreshes them using your Refresh Token (which is long-lived). If you see "Token Expiring" status, go to Integration Hub → Amazon → Re-configure to re-authorise with a fresh Refresh Token.

Flipkart Seller Hub Integration

Connect Flipkart to pull orders, payments, returns, and seller scorecard data. Flipkart API uses OAuth 2.0 with scope-based access.

Step-by-Step Setup

  1. 1
    Request API Access from Flipkart
    Email seller-support@flipkart.com requesting API access. Mention "Order management and reconciliation integration". Approval takes 3-7 business days. You'll receive an App ID and App Secret.
  2. 2
    OAuth Authorisation
    Use the Flipkart OAuth flow: https://api.flipkart.net/oauth-service/oauth/authorize with your App ID. After authorisation, you'll receive an Authorization Code which you exchange for an Access Token.
  3. 3
    Configure Webhook URL
    In Flipkart Seller Hub → Settings → Webhooks, enter: https://valtorsports.com/nodeapi/api/webhooks/flipkart. Subscribe to: order.created, order.shipped, order.cancelled, return.initiated.
  4. 4
    Enter in SellerBoost Integration Hub
    Go to Marketing → Integration Hub → Flipkart → Connect. Enter your App ID, App Secret, and Access Token. Tokens expire every 14 days — SellerBoost handles automatic refresh.

Meesho Supplier Integration

Meesho's supplier API is simpler than Amazon/Flipkart. It provides order sync, payment settlement, and catalogue management.

  1. 1
    Get your Supplier ID and API Key
    Log in to supplier.meesho.com → Settings → API Access. If API access is not visible, contact your Meesho account manager or email suppliersupport@meesho.com.
  2. 2
    Whitelist SellerBoost IP
    Meesho requires IP whitelisting for API access. Contact your Meesho account manager and request whitelisting for our server IP: 103.212.121.227.
  3. 3
    Configure in Integration Hub
    Go to Marketing → Integration Hub → Meesho → Connect. Enter Supplier ID, API Key, and API Secret. Orders will sync within 30 minutes.

Google Analytics 4 Integration

GA4 gives you full-funnel analytics: sessions, user journeys, conversion funnels, and UTM-based attribution for all marketing channels.

GA4 Setup

  1. 1
    Add GA4 tag to your website
    Go to analytics.google.com → Create Property → Web. Copy your Measurement ID (G-XXXXXXXXXX). Add the gtag.js snippet to every page's <head>.
  2. 2
    Enable Google Analytics Data API
    In Google Cloud Console → APIs → Enable "Google Analytics Data API v1beta". Create a Service Account with "Viewer" role on your GA4 property. Download the JSON key file.
  3. 3
    Configure UTM Parameters
    For accurate channel attribution, all marketing links must use UTM parameters:
    ?utm_source=meta&utm_medium=paid&utm_campaign=diwali_2026
    ?utm_source=whatsapp&utm_medium=broadcast&utm_campaign=new_arrivals
    ?utm_source=amazon&utm_medium=external&utm_campaign=brand
  4. 4
    Enter Measurement ID in Integration Hub
    Go to Marketing → Integration Hub → Google Analytics 4 → Connect. Enter your Measurement ID and upload the Service Account JSON key. Session and conversion data will be available in reports within 24 hours.

Meta Conversions API (CAPI) — Server-Side

CAPI sends conversion events directly from SellerBoost's backend to Meta, bypassing browser/iOS restrictions. This is critical for accurate purchase attribution.

Why CAPI is Essential

  • iOS 14+ blocks ~40-50% of browser Pixel events from iPhone users
  • Safari ITP (Intelligent Tracking Prevention) blocks cookies after 7 days
  • CAPI + Pixel together recover 80-90% of lost signals
  • Meta's Event Match Quality (EMQ) score improves — directly improving campaign performance

SellerBoost CAPI Setup

  1. 1
    Generate CAPI Access Token in Meta Events Manager
    Go to Meta Events Manager → Data Sources → Select your Pixel → Settings → Generate Access Token (under Conversions API section). This token is specifically for CAPI — different from your Ads Manager token.
  2. 2
    Get your Dataset ID
    The Dataset ID is the same as your Pixel ID. Found in Events Manager → Settings → Dataset ID.
  3. 3
    Configure in Integration Hub
    Go to Marketing → Integration Hub → Conversions API → Connect. Enter Dataset ID and CAPI Access Token. SellerBoost will automatically fire Purchase events when orders are confirmed, with email hash, phone hash, and order value for maximum match quality.
// CAPI Purchase Event (sent from SellerBoost backend on order confirmation)
{
  "data": [{
    "event_name": "Purchase",
    "event_time": 1727000000,
    "event_source_url": "https://yourstore.in/order/confirmed",
    "user_data": {
      "em": "[hashed_email]",    // SHA256 of lowercase email
      "ph": "[hashed_phone]", // SHA256 of phone with country code
      "client_ip_address": "user_ip",
      "fbc": "fb.1.XXXXX" // Facebook Click ID from cookie
    },
    "custom_data": {
      "currency": "INR",
      "value": 2499.00,
      "order_id": "ORD-2026-00842"
    }
  }]
}
Expected Improvement

After enabling CAPI alongside the browser Pixel, most advertisers see a 20-40% increase in reported conversions in Meta Ads Manager. Your Event Match Quality score should reach 7+ out of 10. ROAS reporting typically improves by 15-25% as more purchases are attributed correctly.

Webhooks & Automation

SellerBoost exposes webhook endpoints for all integrated platforms. Incoming events trigger automated workflows — like sending a WhatsApp message when an Amazon order is shipped.

Available Webhook Endpoints

EndpointPlatformEvents
POST /api/webhooks/meta/eventsMeta Pixel / CAPIPurchase, AddToCart, Lead
POST /api/webhooks/whatsapp/messageWhatsApp BusinessMessage received, read receipts
GET /api/webhooks/whatsapp/verifyWhatsApp BusinessWebhook verification challenge
POST /api/webhooks/amazon/orderAmazon SP-APIOrder created, shipped, cancelled
POST /api/webhooks/flipkart/orderFlipkart Seller APIOrder created, return initiated
POST /api/webhooks/google/adsGoogle AdsConversion imported

Example Automation: Order Shipped → WhatsApp Notification

  1. Amazon fires order.shipped webhook to /api/webhooks/amazon/order
  2. SellerBoost backend receives the event, extracts customer phone number and tracking ID
  3. Automatically sends WhatsApp template message: "Hi [Name], your order #[ID] has been shipped! Track: [link]"
  4. Delivery status is logged in the WhatsApp Broadcast History
Monitor Webhook Health

Click "Webhook Logs" in the Integration Hub to see a real-time log of all incoming webhook events, HTTP status codes, and response times. A healthy webhook shows all 200 OK responses. If you see 401 Unauthorized, your API token may have expired — re-configure the integration.
